« As regards form, it is important to know that filing a patent application is neither a scientific publication nor a thesis or an advertising booklet. Aquinov will work alongside you to find the right balance: saying enough for you to be able to acquire the proper credentials but not too much so that your know-how is preserved.
Finally, think carefully about the date at which your application will be filed: file it as soon as possible so as not to be overtaken by a third party (the patent right belongs to the first to file it) but not too soon either since you will be unable to add technical information after your first application: a substantial improvement achieved after the filing cannot be protected by the initial application. You will have to file another patent application. »
