Proximity, Aquinov’s foremost value
It was in 2002 that Laurent Fantin and Bernard Pouchucq, both IP consultants, decided to create Aquinov.
« We wanted to work all over South West France in particular to be able to help local SMEs », Bernard Pouchucq explains.
The foundations of the firm were thus laid: Aquinov aims above all to be close to its clients.
Proximity in terms of relationships
Aquinov’s geographical proximity goes hand in hand with its close relations with clients. « As soon as a client contacts us, we arrange an appointment in our premises or on site, so that the context is clearly understood and we can define together the advisability of filing a patent application or a trade mark » an IP Consultant at Aquinov explains.
What is more, a client works with a single consultant at Aquinov, so he/she receives personalized service.«That said, another Consultant can very easily take over if necessary», Bernard Pouchucq points out.
Clarity in the handling of files
Whilst seeking personalized solutions according to each situation, Aquinov has set up an administrative department which is there to guarantee effective clarity, consistency and prices in the handling of each file.
Moreover, Aquinov guarantees its customers that all aspects of every file will be handled internally. The firm never sub-contracts.
